Two of Clarity’s consultants returned to the UK by October 17 after providing support for the victims of a coach crash on the French/German border. Whilst Mark supported patients and relatives in four different hospitals Martin provided information and guidance to scores of people who had been on the coach, witnessed the scene of the crash or managed the response. Follow up support, particularly to several members of a large group of Canadian customers is continuing.
